For registration and login, we process your email address, verification status and information needed for authentication. When you request a certificate download, we record the member, certificate and time a download link was issued. Authentication cookies and technical logs needed to operate the site may also be processed.
Purposes
We use this information to create and manage accounts, verify identity, restrict certificate access, show members their own download history, maintain security and respond to requests made through our contact channels. This site does not process online payments.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, and Vercel for site hosting. These providers may process information to deliver the service. If you contact us through an external service such as WhatsApp, that service also processes the information you provide under its own terms.
Retention and protection
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, except where law requires retention or it is needed to resolve a dispute. We use access controls and other measures to protect information. Certificate files are stored privately and download links expire.
Your requests and contact
Use the contact page to request access to, correction or deletion of information about you, or to ask about our processing. We will verify your identity and handle requests under applicable law and retention obligations.
Updates
We will publish an updated policy here when our processing changes. Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent, we will provide it.
